TRAINING

HITS provides training and career development for the beauty industry. Our key programs are:

Apprentice Training Program

A world class beauty accelerator aimed at developing future entrepreneurs in the beauty industry. This program introduces apprentices into the industry with hands on education, coaches, marketing and financial tools to start a long term career in the industry.  

GAME ( Giving Amazing Mentorship Experiences)

A internship program that gives future beauty professionals and real world experience in the salon and retail space. 

EDUCATION

Scholarship

HITS annually provides scholarship dollars to advancement of underprivileged students who need additional support in the exorbitant costs of higher education. Target institutions are trade schools, HBCUs , State Schools and other workforce centers.

All Dolled Up Salons is a staple brand in the community and committed to provided a nurturing and inspiring work environment for beauty professionals. Our salon are community focused and stylists driven. 

Stores

HITS Beauty Brand Stores are a minority owned and operated beauty supplier that provides community responsible products and economic benefit through beauty, education, advocacy and mentorship. We hire responsibly through partnerships with local workforce development agencies to provide second chance opportunities for those in need.
