Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the ADU team members of All Dolled Up Salons and Stores, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

At All Dolled Up Salon our goal is to provide you with a relaxing friendly space where your hair and beauty needs are filled in a timely and professional manner.  You are very important to us and so we have updated our policies to continue to better achieve our goal.  


Our goal at All Dolled Up Salon is to provide you with exceptional hair care and quality service all in a timely manner.  With this in mind, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your service.  We understand that sometimes things happen, so if you are running late please give us a call. We will try our best to accommodate you. Your appointment will be rescheduled if it will interfere with the next guest appointment.  A late or cancellation fee may be applied starting at $15 


Your appointment at All Dolled Up Salon is very important to us and is reserved especially for you.  We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request that all appointments be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled after 24 hours or the same day will be charged starting $25 cancellation fee.  NOTE: Color services or Extensions services may be more. Habitual cancellations or No Shows may be required to leave a non-refundable deposit before booking an appointment.  

Removal of Previous Style/ Detangling

To maintain timely services please have any previous style and excessively tangled hair detangled before your appointment.  In the event, that you need a previous style removed, please schedule a Take Out or Detangle service when booking your appointment.  In the event, that you were not able to remove or detangle your hair before you arrive for your appointment, you may be charged a Take Out or Detangle service.

Payments and Deposits

We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards.  We do not accept checks. 

A non-refundable $40 deposit is required to reserve extension services and color services 3 hours or more.   


We do not issue refunds on salon services.  Our stylists are experienced and expertly trained and take pride in providing you with exceptional service. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of any salon service we offer a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 7 days with the same stylist. We require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually assessed. 


We provide services for children age 7 and up.  Children who are not being serviced are NOT allowed to be present in the salon due to space limitations and safety concerns.  


All pricing listed are starting prices. Your final costs may be adjusted based on factors such as add on services, length, the addition of hair, etc.

Return Policy

Please note that refunds will be provided for the cost of the product only.

Within 7 days of receiving your order, carefully pack any items to be returned and ship them to:

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days of the product arriving at our warehouse.
